Q: What would happen if I were to run out of oil?
A: If you were to run out of oil, we will do anything we can to help you out on that day. We can also help with restarting your heater, in which case we charge $55.00.
Q: What are your company’s delivery requirements?
A: There is no charge for orders of 150 gallons or more. For orders that are LESS than 150 gallons are subject to a $35.00 delivery charge. Our minimum delivery amount is 100 gallons.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, and all forms of credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be advised there is an additional charge of 0.02 cents per gallon for credit card transactions.
AQ: When do you make your deliveries?
A: We make our deliveries Monday through Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturday delivery for a fee) Sunday and evenings deliveries are available for Emergency Services only.
AQ: Will you work with Low-Income Housing Energy Assistance?
A: Yes, we are a LIHEAP vendor.
