  • What would happen if I were to run out of oil?

    If you run out of oil, our team at Absolute Fuels will make every effort to assist you that day. We can also help restart your heater for a fee of $55.00.

  • What are your company's delivery requirements?

    We offer free delivery for orders of 150 gallons or more. Orders under 150 gallons incur a $35.00 delivery charge. Our minimum delivery amount is 100 gallons.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • When do you make your deliveries?

    Our regular delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday deliveries are available for a fee. Emergency services are offered on Sundays and evenings.
  • Will you work with Low-Income Housing Energy Assistance?

    Yes, we are an approved LIHEAP vendor and can work with this assistance program.
  • What happens if I call for order oil and the price drops?

    Once you place an order, your price is fixed for that day. We won't increase your price if it goes up, nor will we decrease it if it goes down.
